Assessment
Dulwich College Shanghai Puxi is academically selective. Younger applicants (below about age 7) are assessed through play‑based sessions and readiness checks; older students (Years 3–11) complete Cognitive Abilities Tests (verbal, quantitative, non‑verbal), English writing tasks, and, where relevant, English as an Additional Language assessments, alongside a review of school reports and teacher references.

Dulwich Puxi accepts applications year‑round, subject to availability, but encourages families to apply well ahead of the August start as key year groups can fill quickly.
