Bangkok Patana School, founded in 1957, is Thailand's oldest British international school and one of its largest. The not-for-profit school occupies a campus on La Salle Road (Sukhumvit 105) in the Bang Na district and serves around 2,300 students from roughly 65 nationalities, from Nursery through Year 13. It follows the English National Curriculum to IGCSE and offers the IB Diploma and Career-related Programme in the senior years.

Most year groups run 7:30am–2:30pm; Secondary students start at 7:40am. Nursery offers shorter-day options.
